Q. Is there an admission fee?
A. There is no cost to visit the vendors, watch the gunfighter shoot-out or the 1st Calvary Demonstration, or for any concerts other than the Saturday night concert. While there is no cost to watch the Grand Parade, Pet Parade, Car Show, YMCA 5K/ 10K/ Senior 2K, or Weiner Dog Race, there is a nominal fee to enter these events. There is a fee for the carnival (Thursday-Sunday), breakfast at the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast (Friday morning), Demolition Derby (Saturday), and the Saturday night concert, YMCA Cornhole Tournament (Sunday).
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome. You may even consider entering your dog in the pet parade!
Q. Can I bring a backpack?
A. Absolutely
Q. Can I bring a drone?
A. Unfortunately, no. The Burnet County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting drone operations over the Bluebonnet Festival for Safety and Overwatch.
Q. What are the festival hours?
A. Friday 3pm -10 pm/ Saturday 8am – 11:15 pm/ Sunday 10am – 2pm.

Q. Will there be a parade?
A. There will be a Pet Parade on Friday at 5:45. The Grand Parade takes place on Saturday around lunch time. Check the schedule for details.
Q. Where are the music stages?
A. The Main Stage is at Main St. and Washington St. on the downtown Square. The AutoWorld Jackson Street stage is located near the Community Center on E. Jackson between Boundary and the train tracks.
Q. Where is the food court located?
A. The food court in located at E. Jackson and Vandeveer.
Q. Where is there parking?
A. Unfortunately, there are not many large parking lots. The easiest place to find parking is often closer to E. Jackson and the train tracks. There you can find a parking lots at the Community Center and the post office.
Q. Is there handicap parking?
A. While there is not a handicap parking lot, many people drop off family/ friends with mobility issues at S. Pierce St. near First State Bank (just off Hwy 29). That way the person with the mobility issues is right there on the Square. It’s a relatively easy place to turn around once you drop someone off.
