April 7-9 2023 Food Vendor Application

    Returning vendors will be given priority on being accepted into the festival but are not guaranteed acceptance. Vendor placement in/ around the food court will be assigned by staff. Returning vendors may end up in a different spot than a previous year.
  • IMPORTANT: All vendors requiring a permit or special event permit, are required under Ordinance No. 2006-17; Sec. 78-36 Collection of Sales Tax, to produce a current and valid sales tax certificate upon request.
  • Booth Information

  • Drop files here or
    Max. file size: 2 GB.
    • Important Information

      1. Power provided to food vendors will be (2) duplex plugs, 110-volt outlet of 20 amp capacity per booth space. Generator usage will be based on type of generator (quiet). Plugs will be tagged & closely monitored.
      2. There will be no staked tents, weight use only.
      3. Must be present for all three days. Payment in Full MUST accompany application.
